A eukaryote is an organism with complex cells, in which genetic material is organized into a membrane-round nucleus. They include animals, plants, and fungi, which are all multicellular. They also can include some various groups of protists. They have a nucleus, are ten times greater than prokaryotic cells, have a plasma membrane, and include an internal cytoskeleton (1).
